Spiritual Direction/Accompaniment

Spiritual direction, provides a space for you to talk confidentially about your spiritual life and to explore the movements of the Spirit in the everyday experience of your life. We can meet in person or online via Zoom.
I am an Ignatian Spiritual Director, I trained with the London Jesuit Centre.
The Ignatian approach to spiritual direction is rooted in attentive listening and supporting you as you explore your awareness of God's presence and activity in your daily life. I work with people on the spectrum of spirituality from those who term themselves "Spiritual not Religious" through to members of religious orders. My role is to help you reflect upon your spiritual life, and to accompany you as you deepen and develop your practice of engaging with God.
A spiritual director is not there to give advice. Their role is to listen and to notice how God is at work in your life. In this way, the director acts as a ‘sounding board’ for whatever you bring to the session, and helps you to discern what is life-giving and what is not.

Usually we meet every 4-6 weeks, but some people prefer to meet more frequently. I offer in person or online sessions.

Fees - £65 per appointment.
An appointment usually lasts approximately 55 minutes.
If cost is an issue, payment can be broken into 2 or 4 payments.

As a self employed person I do not see people free of charge but the Archdiocese of Southwark Spirituality Commission or your local church should be able to put you in touch with Spiritual Directors who do not charge or who accept donations.
