A survey of 237 people who received five or more Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) sessions shows incredibly positive results: 91% reported that their general health significantly improved; 75% reported that their specific condition improved; 89% reported that they had greater body mindfulness and awareness of their feelings-sensations; 94% reported that BCST sessions improved their ability to cope with stress.

IS CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY EFFECTIVE FOR MIGRAINE? TESTED WITH HIT-6 QUESTIONNAIRE (2012). THURIDUR SOLVEIG ARNADOTTIR, ARUN K. SIGURDARDOTTIR. ICELANDIC STUDY
The results of this study showed “Immediately after treatments and one month afterwards there was significant lowering in HIT-6 scorings compared with prior to treatment. There was also significant difference in HIT-6 scorings between Times 1 and 4 (p = 0.004). The effect size was 0.43-0.55”

This 2014 Polish Study concluded that Craniosacral Therapy reduces the resting tension of the multifidus muscle in patients with non-specific lumbosacral pain.
