Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours notice without incurring any charge. Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, or missed, will be charged at the full rate as it is unlikely to be taken by another client at such short notice.
