CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle but potent way of working with the body using a light touch. It supports your body’s innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself as well as helping to reduce stress and build underlying energy. It is suitable for everyone, from newly-born babies to the elderly.

£65 per appointment
An appointment is approximately 50 minutes, please allow an hour.
£65 for home visits within a 10 mile radius of Forest Row, further afield will incur a reasonable additional cost to cover mileage and travel time.
Please note the optimal set up for a home visit is that your home is a safe, relaxing place for you. That the time is quiet and free from interruptions and that you have a cleared space to set up a treatment table and stool - ideally on the ground floor.
